Yes that’s right! I’ve cut bread right out of my diet. Why? Well, mainly because I’ve had a suspicion for quite a few years that I have some kind of wheat intolerance. My symptoms have been mainly feeling bloated, tired and generally feeling bad straight after eating it. I have replaced my regular brown bread with wheat and gluten free bread that I managed to find at my local supermarket. I must say, since giving it up I feel much better. It’s only been a week but i have not had any of my previous symptoms.
I also think I may have a lactose intolerance too so I have bought some lactose free milk which I have just started drinking. Too early to know if that is the case though so I will report back in a few weeks.
