I’m just wondering if you guys perform any kind of exercise when you are feeling ill or a bit under the weather? The reason that I’m asking is that I am coming down with a bad cold (headache, sore throat etc) and tried a bit of exercise and I nearly passed out. I thought I would try it because I have heard that it can help with recovery. How wrong was I! At least I have managed to stick with my diet even though I am poorly, although I may need to treat myself later tonight though.
On another note, throughout my diet using the Fat Burning Furnace I have noticed that I am less inclined to eat bad food. I almost feel guilty when I do have the odd unhealthy snack. I know this is a good thing so I am not complaining!
