I thought I would share with you all my latest healthy smoothie recipe. Feel free to have it any time of the day but I like to have it in the morning as it’s a great way to start the day. The great thing about this smoothie is that it will give you lots of energy right up to lunchtime. All the ingredients are very healthy and will be a great addition to your fat burning diet! Anyway, enough rambling. Here it is: –
- 1 Banana
- Hand full of blueberries
- Cup of oats (porridge oats will be fine)
- Fat free plain yogurt
- Tablespoon of honey
If you have a smoothie maker then this will be a doddle for you. If you don’t have one then a standard blender will do just fine. I don’t need to bore you with all the steps because this one is really simple. Simply put the contents into the smoothie maker and blend away. I like to prepare the smoothie before bed the night before and store in the fridge as it’s nice and cold in the morning. Yummy!
