My Healthy Morning Breakfast Takeaway

I usually like to start the morning eating something really healthy but often find myself running out of time. What I have started to do is prepare my breakfast the night before so all I have to do is grab it out of the fridge on a morning and take it to work and eat it. This breakfast recipe will not only taste good but will give you a great start to the day and lots of energy. Here is what you need to buy: –

  1. Large fat free yogurt
  2. Porridge oats
  3. Packet of dried fruit
  4. Honey
  5. Large paper coffee cups (the ones with lids)

Mix a cup full of poridge oats into a bowl with half of the large fat free yogurt. Mix in some dried fruit and then poor on some honey. Mix together until everything is nicely blended together. It should now have the consistency of thick porridge. Now put it into one of the paper cups and pop on the lid. Put in the fridge over night and it should be nice and cold in the morning. Enjoy!
